Being a passionate coffee drinker myself, I know what real coffee lovers need during the hot season. Café au Lait iced coffee is fundamentally refreshing coffee experience for coffee drinkers everywhere to enjoy. That is why only the finest Arabica beans are used brewed for a rich, bold espresso. It could be lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar and completed with a splash of organic milk. This way you will experience a silky taste sensation that is wholesome, low fat, creamy and tasty.

- 2 c Milk
- 2 c Crushed ice
- Sugar (opt)

Advice on how to Make Iced Coffee
Iced coffee literally refers to an old attitude of cold coffee. Today's coffees are hot-brewed, but if you would like to prepare iced coffee the way it was made when it was started, as a result you have to cold-brew the coffee. Yes, you do not need to heat coffee if you would like to make the perfect iced coffee. There are cold process coffee systems you can find in the market that need no technology and no electricity. All you need is a pot, cold water, and coarsely grounded coffee beans!
Just pour the cold water in the pot and drop in the coarsely grounded coffee beans. What will happen is that the cold water will take out the coffee flavors but will not extract the bitter compounds and the fatty oils that are domiciled in the beans. This means that the iced coffee, which is made, will have far more less acid than what it would have had if it were hot-brewed. Coffee made using this tactic was originally name iced coffee. This style was invented in 1962 by a chemical engineer, Todd Simpson, and his company is still around today, as a matter of fact it is called Toddy Products.
Iced Coffee: Tips And Tricks
Here are a few tips and tricks you can use to intensify your iced coffee experience:
First of all you can put quite a lot of of the coffee you've made in the freezer and make ice cubes out of it. Perhaps you can add a little bit of sugar syrup and a little chocolate flavoring making extraordinary ice cubes that you can suck on!
If you choose to make iced coffee using the hot-brew way, thus you must put the coffee into the refrigerator once it reaches room temperature. If you allow it to become colder than that, thus it may lose its flavor.
Finally, add whipped cream to your iced coffee and shake it up fully in a cocktail shaker. This will make the drink look frothy and fascinating! So start brewing!
