The fact is there is probably nothing wrong with the Baby Gaggia - it will demand some maintenance once in a while and require a huge number of cleaning like all espresso machines. Most likely the biggest drawback is that its case has a plastic finish and not being chromed, but its current remodelling means it still looks good at your house and provided you need good coffee - I commend Illy for best results - the coffee is optimal every time. My judgement - the Baby Gaggia is a sound machine that works out wonderfully.
